Summary
Vaella Targaryen knew her fate. She was to be betrothed to her cousin, Valarr Targaryen. King Daeron II's reign was one of peace and prosperity. The Targaryens had defeated Blackfyres in the Battle of Redgrass Field. Her twin siblings, Aelor and Aelora, had married. Now it was Vaella's turn to be married. Vaella was strong-willed and stubborn.
Valarr was every girl's dream: gentle, kind, and wise. Valarr was trapped in a life of expectations. He wasn't keen on marrying Vaella. He and Vaella had to put their differences aside and make their marriage work for themselves and the realm.

Summary
Typically you'd want to avoid becoming the center of attention of two slightly mad dragons and yet like a moth drawn to the flames of Summerhall, but you'd be morose to miss the chance to singe yourself on this infernal event of fate.
A slight retelling of the events of AKOTSK, told from the perspective of a working mystic, who's mouth tends to get them in a bit of trouble. The sort of trouble that will eventually lead them to being offered (ordered) a position as personal healer and full time babysitter to Prince Maekar's oldest sons in a vain attempt to change them for the better on their not quite exile from Westeros. The dragon has three heads, surely you can handle two?Bookmarked by Nube

Summary
Naerys had never thought she would wed either of her brothers, nor had there ever been a cause to. If she were to marry within the family, it would sooner be a cousin from King’s Landing, though there had been no pressing need for that either.
The dragons were long gone, there was little sense in clinging to old customs for the sake of blood alone. Father had never favoured such matches, mother even less so, so it was far more likely they would seek to mend and strengthen ties with the great houses of Westeros.
...still, she lay with her head resting against Daeron’s chest, listening to the slow, steady rhythm of his breath, while Aerion lay behind her, an arm tight about her waist. She felt his warmth at her back and his breath stirring her hair. Daeron was cold, Aerion ever too warm, but between them, she found a balance.
They were in Sunspear, in a castle that would soon be her home.
Prince Olyvar Martell, whom she was to wed, slept somewhere under the same roof.
Her wedding was in two days.
