Azula’s scream of anger when he blasts a fireball in her direction is almost worth the twenty Dai Li agents that immediately surround him.
(or: Zuko is taken prisoner by Azula in the catacombs. Turns out, being kept miles away from the sun isn't so great for your bending.)

“Fine,” He sighs, and he claps Bato on the cheek before heading into the room.

Zoro can’t help but wonder if bad dreams have been the catalyst for every stock take and rationed supply, how many times nightmares have tangled with the necessity of checking what they have so that none of them die at sea.
Last night had been the first time Zoro noticed, but he himself has woken with phantom pains from unconscious memories forced to the forefront of his mind many, many nights. Luffy has woken him a few times with snot dripping from his nose, seeking comfort, wracked with memories of Ace. Franky doesn’t like loud noises, as flashy as he is, and maybe the reason Brook sometimes refuses to come to bed is because he too is haunted by things that have happened in his past.
Perhaps Zoro noticed for the first time last night, but the cook is seasoned at having to find comfort within himself.

Sanji looks like he’s fallen asleep standing up. Zoro recalls the way he had staggered up in front of him, clothes torn and skin marred and bruised, and put himself between Zoro and Kuma. He had stood there, arrogant yet so proud, feigning he was put together after the blast despite his whole body shaking.
"I’ve always been prepared to sacrifice myself for the others."
Zoro holds his hand out and lets the cook fall into it.
