Every now and then, a letter arrives in the unclean realm. Not to the Sect nor about it.
A reply never leaves, the bird that carried it is to be placed with all of their own messenger birds.
Instead, their Sect leader packs tea leaves and paints, sometimes brand new fans. He takes off on his saber, rarely seen, with nothing but a flick of his fan to tell them what to do. Their head disciple knows better then to ask, of course.
(Huaisang and Lan Wangji made a habit of it, keeping an eye on things for the other.)

Summary
Steve Harrington’s life gets turned Upside Down (pun intended) when he becomes Sailor Neptune for the first time while fighting a demogorgon with Nancy and Jonathan. Memories from his past life lead him to a new best friend and a bunch of younger kids who are also Sailor Guardians, but at the cost of his old “normal” life.
Together, the Sailor Guardians are the only ones who can defeat the evil that’s been sealed away in an alternate dimension for centuries, and it’s definitely going to take all nine of them to do it. The problem is that Eddie Munson keeps holding the rest of them at arm’s-length, and he won’t tell them why. Steve is going to have to get through to him soon, because the Mind Flayer is determined to get into their world.Or: A Sailor Moon fusion for the Steddie Big Bang.
