Franky brushes non-existent dust from the counter before placing down a module case. The contents are visible behind the clear walls of its container and Zoro’s eyebrows raise in surprise as he reads the brand listed along the edge of the equipment.
“A Germa66 module?”“Not just any module- One of their mercenary companions.” Franky grins, popping the case open with a nudge of his thumb. “You’ve seen the standard runs, I’ll bet. Poison Pink, Sparking Red, Dengeki Blue, Winch Green…”
Zoro huffs. “Hard to miss’em,” he grunts. The ads for them are plastered across the city, half the bounty hunters at the top of the boards carried one of them.
With a careful pinch of his fingers, the cyborg lifts the module up so that it catches the light. “This one, though-” He murmurs. “Is one I’ve never seen in production before.”
The edges of the module highlight cerulean blue under the shop's fluorescents. The printed white of bold text stands out across the front.

Zoro didn’t answer right away.
Sanji let out a dry laugh.
“Wow. Finally, an honest answer.”

Sanji knows the exact way to fall.
With elegance, a smile, and without making a sound or asking for help. Which makes it impossible for anyone to tell where the performance ends and the truth begins.
But when a suicide scene feels a little too real, the production company forces him to undergo a psychological evaluation before filming can continue. Zoro has only four sessions to decide whether Sanji is fit to keep playing a man who wants to die.

When they were children, their father took Doflamingo, Rosinante, and their mother from Heaven to live among the humans. Their father naively thought that life would be simple and easy. It was not. After their mother’s death and living through two years of suffering in Hell, the oldest child took fate into his own hands. Separated from his crew with temperatures lowering by the day, and a newly deemed mutual enemy of both the Heart and Kid Pirates chasing them through a frozen landscape, Penguin's resolve is put to the test as he battles mother nature and his growing feelings for his unlikely companion who wants virtually nothing to do with him.
When Penguin gets back to his ship, he has half a mind to demand a hazard pay and an expensive bottle of rum for compensation… and coping. Definitely will need it for coping.

This should not have happened.
Sanji knew it, and as he was making sure to keep a cold and strong exterior, yet he cannot help but be fearful.
The last two times he had end up with an alpha in rut, it has not ended well... there had been broken bones and cracks and blood — Not his tho — Not that it was ever a question. But it had been expected, because these Alpha were weak.
Zoro was not.
And as the tangy, musky smell started to rise in this cavern, so did Sanji’s realization of the situation that was daunting on him.
"Oy, Marimo... what the fuck?!"
"What?” Zoro’s voice was raspy, too raspy, and slow. The usual sharpness in Zoro's tone was not here. "What's your problem curly brow?” The syllables were hatched.
"What do you think you're doing?!" spat Sanji.
This was a stupid question, that was just answered by a raised eyebrow.
It was clear. Zoro was in rut.

He mutters a curse under his breath, lifting the fish again, just to make sure that he didn’t miss a blade hiding under it, but the answer is… no. There’s nothing. Not even a stupid paring knife. Only the kitchen counter and Sanji’s own broken dreams.
And the worst thing is, it’s not even like there aren’t other blades on the ship. Zoro might be way too emotionally attached to his swords, especially the… well, the white one, but he doesn’t judge a blade by its length, and he has adopted a few nice daggers as time went by, and those are actually there to be used by the entire crew as needed.
True, Sanji hasn’t seen a single one in a while, but…
Oh.
Of fucking course.
The crew must have lost all those daggers before coming for Sanji’s dear darling knives.
Which, obviously, ruins Sanji’s perfect plan to at least go retrieve one of said daggers and use that to cut up the stupidly large fish that’s sitting on his counter.
Which means that the only blades on the ship that are currently sharp and easy to find…
Oh.
Of.
Fucking.
Course.

Luffy, excited to see Crocodile again after bonding with him on their visit to Karai Bari, launches them into the jungle, where the pair have to go back the long way. While their crew search for them and Luffy has a grand adventure in the jungle, Crocodile decides this is a great time to have an existential crisis about the baby he left behind.

The custom is common knowledge in Germa - not so much in Wano. Handing over an omega when you're suing for peace after a humiliating defeat is standard practice, but once the discrepancy is discovered, it's already too late. Despite his misgivings, Zoro will have to take responsibility for a man he's never met, and navigate a situation in which neither of them can be happy.
He wasn't planning to get married. And while Sanji hasn't been allowed to see any other future for himself, the circumstances are less than ideal. They speak of the warrior as if he's a wild beast, and he certainly looks the part. And while he's determined not to fold right away, he knows it's only a matter of time before he'll be begging him.
