Summary
We know that players who're summoned to replace Incinerated Players aren't from the team's shadows, so. Where do they come from? A fic to play with the idea of being ripped, literally, from mundanity and what you understood, and to blaseball, without any warning?
Playing a little bit with an idea that I read in something else (specifically Sword Interval), and exploring that idea of terrible things happening to other people, when "terrible" in this specific instance is, from the outside, something that would be very cool to be! Until you realise that there's a lot of things you gloss over when you're looking at blaseball from the outside...
So here's a Drabble about being in the middle of living a mundane life, and not getting any choice in the matter of joining blaseball.

Summary
One of the things I like about Jacob is that "normal" is such a vague concept. Really, the whole reason he is "normal" is that it makes him, and the rest of the team, both feel really profoundly unique by extension? The concept of the "straight man" from comedy comes to mind - the importance is not to be understated. I also wanted to make it very clear and emphatically obvious that _normal_ is what one feels like more than what one _is._ Jacob in this piece is implied heavily to be black, and is explicitly a trans man. As a result, this is more of an exploration of a "normal" morning for the "normal" man.

----------------------Just a really quick, small fic that was done to imagine where each of the Flowers Players that were still around from season 1 were at the moment that Beck Whitney incinerated a Rogue Umpire that was trying to incinerate her. We took some creative liberties with where the players were, and we absolutely took some creative liberties with the scene (hells, the dale weren't even up to bat!) It just worked really nicely in our head this way, and because the piece is more about the Flowers than Beck, we felt it was okay.

What the title says. Hopefully will become a bunch of drabbles on you, the reader, having your boyfriend skeleton, being pregnant. Because I'm just in a mood, I guess, and this is a big way for me to 1) explore a headcanon I have and 2) let me write a bunch of implied or explicit trans readers.

Headcanon is as follows:
Boss monsters don't look like goats by default. it just happens that the last lineage of boss monsters were goats. boss monsters are explicitly the results of humans and monsters mating, and the monster carrying the child. Only in a loving relationship, so boss monsters only result from people who are basically or literally soulmates. Their souls persist after death as a direct result of being partially descended from humans. Being born of humans and monsters also means they contain way more magic, which is why they don't age until they have to pass that magic on to their child. There is an 80/20 chance of the Monster carrying versus the Human carrying. Human Carrying a child in the above circumstances results in Mages, instead.As you might imagine, this is about you, and those 80% of times where the Monster carries. (There will be no human carrying in /this/ series)

Their job is fairly simple - to integrate monsters into human society, while the big players make big moves.
