Summary
For the third sennight in a row, Kellen Tavadon sat on the porch of his small house in Ondoladeshiron and received absolutely zero packages.
By the time the War started, Kellen had always expected to burn bright and die young. Thirty years after the War was won, he's finally hit with the realization that he didn't. This leads to a crisis of faith, thoughts on mortality, and a refiguring of priorities. Or, more exactly, reconnecting with family and friends via a road trip.

Summary
When people talk about Ponemah, they only ever mention the giant sandworms.
Well, that's a bit of a lie on several accounts. For one, nobody actually talks about Ponemah. It's a crappy backwater planet even to the crappy backwater pirates who make up most of the transient population. For another, if people not on Ponemah do mention it (which at this point is mostly the rotating cast of Imperial/First Order/insert-totalitarian-regime-of-your-choice jackboots that "occupy" the planet), it's usually to talk about the crappy backwater pirates that run the only real settlement on the planet. In reality, the giant sandworms are usually a surprise to newcomers, though a memorable one.
Mystery! Action! Introspection! Almost an entire cast of OC's and minor characters!
Sylas is a hunter living on the edge of nowhere during the Imperium. Circumstance throws her into contact with the Rebellion, where it turns out she may know more than she should. It's a difficult time, but family is what you make of it and a little kindness can go a long way.

Summary
Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan find a prophesied chosen one and capture a Sith apprentice on Tatooine. This has ramifications for the Jedi as an institution and for the galaxy as a whole, of course, but the value of one man in the fate of all things is that of a single rice grain in a harvest. Dark powers are at work in the galaxy, and chaos waits for none.
(Or: The realization that I'm both taller and older than Darth Maul in TPM is really quire jarring and alphamikefoxtrot is a wonderful enabler, so instead of doing any of the many things I should be doing I'm writing prequels-era fic. Oops.)
Update 3 January: The fallout from Mortis and the resolution of the Sith holocron plot. Everything goes horribly wrong, because this is Star Wars with a side of Three Kingdoms, what do you expect.

Summary
When Petunia Dursley refused to take Harry in she forfeited his birthright protection, so Dumbledore took the baby to the safest place he knew: Hogwarts.
The applicable staff (mostly just… not Snape) took Harry in on a rotating schedule as he grew from baby to toddler to child. They traded extra credit for babysitting among the older students, and Harry grew up knowing a few dozen different laps that were safe and warm to nap in.
This was a Harry who grew up among books, among old transient walls and learned professors. They gave Binns night duty sometimes, and let him talk young Harry to sleep. This was a Harry whose world changed, on principle, daily. The stairs moved. The walls became doors. You had to keep your eyes open–you had to pay attention. So he did.
He grew up in a school. Knowledge was power, but knowledge was also joy. This was his sanctuary. There was magic in his world from birth.

Summary
Harry Potter collapsed at the end of the war. He was living in a rundown house with no running water, surrounded by rubbish. That was, until Hermione came and dragged him out by the ear and reminded him he was still alive. That there was life after Voldemort. And he couldn’t live in a house without a working toilet. If he wasn’t going to hire someone, he’d have to sort it out himself. So he stepped into the world of magical plumbing and remembered a school trip to a water treatment plant when he was nine. He fell in love with the intricacies of pipes and water systems. And really, how much could go wrong sticking your wand in places it really ought not to be?
Or a story in which Kreacher eats crisps, Harry blows up toilets, Hermione takes an unplanned trip, and a whole lot of things become Draco’s problem.
