It was always so obvious, with Ilya glaring at everyone who even dared to touch Shane and showing off not only his ring but also Shane, as if he was his most precious possession. They belonged together and it was ridiculous for anyone to have a nerve to even ask for a dance. It was only a matter of time before Ilya made his life a living hell, claming Shane in every way possible and maybe more, and then–
Except the man was still looking at him, expextantly, and Ilya wasn’t doing any of the things he should.
Or: Taking Wyatt's advice, Ilya's tries to stop being 'too much' for his husband. For Shane, it is an obvious sign of upcomming divorce
