“So you mean…" Remus starts. "You said… if we continue this. So you still… want to?”
Sirius gives a breathy laugh. “Yes, Remus, of course I do.”
“Oh,” Remus whispers. He closes his eyes. Reopens them.
“Would you like that?” Sirius asks him, and Remus doesn’t have to think about it all.
“Yes,” he says emphatically. Sirius leans forward, kisses him deep and sure.
“Wonderful,” he murmurs against Remus’ lips. “I think we’re going to be great together, darling.”

James snickered as Remus covered his face and let out an anguished groan.
James took over in Remus’s embarrassed silence. “You know how I’ve been training Moons in gentle strengthening and functional movement? To help his Ehlers-Danlos?”
“Yeah. Obviously.”
Of course Sirius knew. He was the one who sent Remus the links with the data to support the recommendations after James’s source of “trust me, bro” was, unsurprisingly, ineffective. They’d been friends for a decade and still Prongs somehow didn’t know that the best way to bend Remus to his will was to give him peer-reviewed evidence.
“Well, I advanced him from hanging flutter kicks to knee raises, and suddenly…” James twitched and gasped in an imitation of…something. If Sirius didn’t know better, he’d think it was supposed to look like he came.
“What does that mean? What are you doing?”
