I… I don’t think she’ll return for quite some time.”
“Don’t lose faith, Lady Moon Chanter. What would the others think if they heard you say such a thing? Besides, there’s no harm in seeing for myself while also stopping in to see a dear friend,” Flins reassured. He felt no hope even in his own words, however. If Lauma was giving up, shouldn’t he? But still, that feeling was there, the need to see the Moonfall Silver moon for himself.

Richard watched him succumb to the ashes of his bravery- dying embers in the bloodied mud, leaving nothing but silence and stillness in their wake.
He cannot handle Hernando's foolishness- the way he threw away his survival just to glimpse the man of his dreams one last time, like a performance that was always meant to have a bad ending. Richard decides to twist the dagger deeper, unearth his own complicated feelings, before he can let the memories of Hernando's final smile consume him.
(Aka Hernando is fucking stupid and dies just before escaping and Richard confronts him about it)

Varka was very proud to consider himself “normal” by modern standards. But even the toughest of men have their secrets.
For Varka, his biggest secret was that he was a huge manga nerd. He recently started reading this manga, “The Fae Chronicles”, an omegaverse read where the main character had to choose between two princes, with both being very obsessed over her. Varka didn't enjoy it all that much, but he bought it anyway out of sheer boredom.
However, on a random Tuesday, he found himself in the story as the Fae's Loyal Knight.
