She clears her throat again. Her voice comes out wobbly, still. “Thought about it? Much? Before? But now I do. A lot.”
Judy softens, tilting her head just right so the harsh lamplight catches her eyes, makes their backs flash brilliant blue. “Believe me, I get how knowin’ V can… she changes people. Everyone she meets knows that. It’s, uh… it can be a lot to take in sometimes.”
Someone sees something they shouldn't, and it starts a chain-reaction that none of them ever expected.

Summary
Lena is on her fifth sleepless night in a row when her dear friend Jess suggests she visit a doctor for her troubles. Her suggestion is given slyly, a smirk painted on Jess’s face. This smirk has not always ended well for Lena, but she is desperate, overcome with shocking thoughts and tossing and turning, and so she accepts a recommendation: a Dr. Danvers, of Marylebone.
This moment is one she will spend her life looking back on, at times rueing and others thanking a giving and kind God for.

“You don’t orgasm,” Sam says flatly, looking increasingly horrified. Lena starts to feel more and more self-conscious about her admission, shifting in her chair with badly-concealed discomfort.

“EVER?!”
