Summary
Armin Arlert's worst nightmare is being sat in a crowded bar surrounded by alcohol and loud music, he'd much rather spend his time cooped up in the corner of a coffee shop writing alone and drinking fruit tea. But when a customer of his dad's music store offers him a free ticket to her band's gig, he gives it a shot and is introduced to a whole new world. Just when everything is going well, a catastrophe happens right before they're set to perform to an entire bar. The band is panicking, so when Armin unexpectedly saves the day he is in turn thanked by electric guitarist; Jean Kirstein. Sparks grow gradually, but Armin is aware it's the 80's in England, and will Jean really ever feel the same way he does? And even if he did, would he ever have the guts to say it? Summary
Bokuto joins Akaashi's school, and is partnered up with him on an art project worth a high percentage of their grade. Bokuto's extroverted personality compared to Akaashi's blunt voice makes for lots of misunderstandings and banter, but they grow to love eachother unconditionally despite their differences. While akaashi will never say it out loud, showing Bokuto his most special hiding spot in his town is a love confession in it's own way.
It's a pity the branches on the oak are weaker than the bond the boys share.

A sweet romance about bonding over shared aspirations, with deeper themes of mistreatment and ptsd portrayed mainly by Gabi.
