Enter Henry. Ideally straight, conveniently poor, living right next door, and... surprisingly hung.
It’s a simple business transaction. Surely, nothing could go wrong between a dramatic heir fueled by spite and his well-endowed handyman neighbor who insists he doesn't like men.(Or: A Modern AU where Hans needs a fake husband to spite his dead homophobic uncle, and Henry needs cash.)
