They lurk in the unfathomable waters of silty streams and cold lakes. People wear their bones as tokens of luck. They are everywhere, waiting, watching, corrupting. The Abbey of the Everyman is the last bastion of defense against the sinister influence from the rivers and streams, against the things that lurk in dark waters. Down the years, the Overseers wage their silent war on the terror in the deep.
