"Sit down. Shut the door behind you," Maverick answered, barely looking up from the papers he was pretending to write something important on. With his permanent smirk intact, Hangman swaggered across the floor and sat in the chair opposite the man's desk.
"That shit you pulled with Rooster today. Pressing his buttons like that. I don't want to see it again, got it?" Maverick threatened.
"Of course, sir," the younger man chuckled.
"I don't think you quite understand me. If I can't trust you to be a member of this team, you might as well get out now. Now can you play nice or can't you?" Mitchell growled.
