Childe’s exit from the Primordial Sea after being hurled through the dimensional rift brings him on a small detour, and he comes face to face with someone who looks…a lot like Master Skirk.
(In which Jingliu and Skirk look SO ALIKE that I impulsively wrote a fic on that single premise.)Aka Childe interacts with the Astral Express, the Xianzhou Luofu cast, and check-ins on Teyvat. He participates in a few companion quests ranging from Kafka’s to Jingliu’s. Watch him comprehend the power scaling in the Star Rail verse, getting himself into trouble, figure out how to return to Teyvat, and other shenanigans (if you ever wondered what would happen if Blade met Childe, this is the fic for you). Oh and he impulsively ate the Lightless eye of the Maelstrom? (Wait- Didn't that mean he just ate the Narwhal?)

Glory did not have any of that camaraderie. The Apostles existed in their own isolated fields, meeting each other only during meetings, correspondence and staying out of each other's way. Co-operation was rare in itself, and neither did they get along or make efforts to earn each other's good graces.
Which is why Kageo, Nathaniel and Thaddeus are occasionally taken aback by some of the Yeonggwang agents' habits.

It is known that whenever someone comes near death, a red streak is scarred across their wrist. For most people, their hands are mostly clean, even if there are times even ordinary civilians have come close to dying.
For a killer within the ranks of Glory, their hands are naturally dyed red, either in the blood of their enemies, or the number of close calls they make in their line of work.
For those who die? The streak turns black, a scar of death that remains on their corpse.
Peter wears one such black streak, a consequence of the unknown miracle that had graced him that night. However, there are rumours of individuals who have been able to escape death time and time again, reflecting an unknown phenomena that one could compare to a type of immortality.
He has no reason to think that anyone else would have that mark, because it was simply impossible.
But why does Thaddeus always wear that fabric wrap over his wrist?
