Scraps and Goob traverse through a now destroyed Gardenview in search for a better life inside of a broken home. Forgotten memories follow them as they try to survive the aftermath of, essentially, poor management decisions by their creators and the consequences of their tampering with life and death.
Through this all, Scraps has to battle the reality that maybe there's things that can't be avoided, even if you forget. And that, even if life gets you down, and you manage to make the most of it, nothing lasts forever.
