Summary
So I wrote a thing in high school ages ago and I want to take it and actually flesh it out but knowing me I will procrastinate it. Plus writing isn't usually my thing-- drawing is. So I figured if I posted it now, it'd embarrass me enough to give it a new shinny polish.
Basically it's Tim waxing on about living in Wayne Manor
[update it is 1/3/19 and it has been 9 months, it is a new years and I've resigned myself to leaving this as it is... maybe one day]

Summary
When class 1-A returned to their homeroom, the last thing they were expecting was to see their routine classroom menace, Hawks, fast asleep behind Aizawa-sensei's desk. He looks comfy, and the class (silently) loses their minds when he chirps in his sleep. He's a menace, but he's an endearing one.
Slowly, class 1-A helps Hawks build his little temporary nest into something more permanent.
In which Aizawa refuses to let Hawks skip Nap Time, and in the process gives a bird a home.

“Why are you out this late at night?”
“I just…” Hawks looks out over the ocean of lights and smog. “Need to fly. Sometimes. It helps clear my head.”
“Sure,” Robin snorts unbelievingly.
“You don’t believe me?” Robin turns to look at him. Really look. His mouth, for once, isn’t smiling, but pressed into an unwavering line.
“I believe you like to fight.” There’s a sharp tone under his words that makes Hawks not interrupt him. Robin continues, finally turning back, and looking out at the city with Hawks. He looks almost– fond when he stares out at Gotham.
“I think you’re just like me. That you like to fight. You like to feel the wind on your face. The adrenaline in your veins. You like helping people. I saw you get the drop on that mugger earlier. If he didn’t have a gun, I wouldn’t have needed to step in. Even then–” The boy pauses, and Hawk realizes that he’s not breathing. A grin finally appears on his lips. Quiet and subdued compared to his previous ones. “Yeah. Sure. I believe you need to fly.”
_Or: Impossibly, Hawks finds his home in the friendship of a Gotham vigilante.

Summary
A secret YJ mission detour comes back to bite Tim in the rear as the universe comes to collect on a price that needs to be paid.
He finds himself in another time, one where Meta's are no longer the minority and heroism has become a job, one that has been left to become corrupt.
It seems something needs to be done and even as he mourns the loss of his city and his family, Tim steps up and shows Musutafu and U.A what it means to be a hero of old.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku was nothing special, and yet somehow he had been transported to a past that molded him into who would eventually become Nightwing, a hero without the need of a power. He lives out his life in that era as Dick Grayson, and ends up on his deathbed before he could even turn 30.
Evidently, as it is with most of the bat-family, death never seems to mark a definite end.
Dick Grayson closes his eyes for the last time, and Midoriya Izuku opens his own after being stuck in a coma for 2 weeks.
Well, so much for finally getting his well-deserved beauty sleep, huh?
