Years ago, Queen Aleena of Mobotropolis was told by the Oracle of Delphius that the only way to save her family and kingdom from tyranny was to hide away her children and wait for them to defeat the evil Dr.Robotnik... and after years of hiding, the prophecy finally came true. Still, her eldest son, and the crowned prince, Sonic, is unable to unlearn what it means to be a hero and now can't sit by as the world outside keeps spinning.

This fic is inspired by the music videos Faith Scarred has on YouTube, but it's only around 80% music-accurate, due to some creative liberties I had to take to make it make sense in written form. Also, this fic will have chapters updated to make it longer and to fit in better with the newer music videos, but it will not lose the original plot.

Update: I'm probably not going to finish this. Well, I might, but for now, I just don't have the motivation to. Plus, I've been rereading the past chapters and realized that I gotta fix quite a bit since I tried to do this weird thing where for each character, I tried to give their own writing style that fits them, and it just did not work as I thought it did, along with the fact that I forgot about doing it at some point. -
