“Oh it's nothing… dangerous. I can promise you that. But I think that displaying information so personal would want to be kept away from the public, like your fears, or your secret identity; I could list one fear. Your little dog, whom you overfeed, succumbing-”
“Stop.” Mecha Man's tone turned dark. He looked back to the police officers, then back to the doorway, “What do you want?”
“Come inside, Mecha Man. I promise to do you no physical harm. Once we are finished, I will surrender myself to the police; if any other heroes try to interrupt, the hostages will die. Choose wisely.” the smile disappeared, and footsteps quieted while the villain walked away from the little light there was.
With hardly any hesitation, Mecha Man switched off his comms completely, straightened his stance, and marched into the darkness.

Xander waited for Spike to get up, but when Spike still hadn't moved he kicked the vampire in the side.
“Piss off.” The pile of black leather muttered in answer.
“I was about to when I had to save your ass.”
Spike lifted his head wearily, blinking at Xander. “Harris, that you?”
“C'mon get up.” Xander extended a hand which Spike grudgingly took. When he stood his knees started shaking suddenly and he fell forward into Xander.
“Ah, bloody hell!”
“Hey, what gives?” Xander huffed, annoyed at the vampire all up in his personal space.
“I can't stand obviously.” Spike huffed. He dug his fingers into Xander's jacket to steady himself. He blinked a few times trying to focus on Xander's face. When he did he glowered. “I'm going to need your help.”
