If he squints, Healer Liumin can see the same teen in the little boy clinging to the queen's flowy skirts in front of him. The same caution he’s seen in the fully grown Prince is reflected in the child’s eyes, darting back to the door like he could make a run for it, King and Queen be damned. As if sensing his child’s apprehension, Poseidon scoops the boy up into his arms, whispering something into the little one's ears. Whatever it was, the boy nods slightly in response.
