Dean swallows. His throat feels raw. “I won’t.”
Cas’s gaze sharpens. “That is not what I asked.”
Dean’s jaw tightens. He hates this part—hates being dragged into honesty when all he wants is relief.
“Yeah,” Dean grits out. “I can tell you to stop.”

Sometimes Dean will gently work him open with his tongue alongside skilled fingers and when he's ready, it's slow and sweet, always face-to-face. Sometimes Dean makes him feel like he's worth something, like he's more than just a warm body.
