Summary
She used to hate him. He always kept quiet; she often watched him across the courtyard even before Serena knew him. Before anyone knew him. She hated him then, always alone but never seemed to have a problem with it. It made Blair feel angry, her fingers buzzing with envy.
She hates him now too, but for a whole different reason she thinks.
