Admittedly, the drunken attention Asami had been bestowing on Korra lately had grown in frequency, but Korra tried to pay it no mind. Asami clearly had a boyfriend and never made any actual passes, so Korra didn't give it much thought; she was just the shiny, new addition to the group of longtime friends- Asami was only excited to get to know her, right? Korra's girlfriend felt differently, however. If Kuvira really was so concerned, why the hell were they even going to this party tonight, anyway?
Korra and Kuvira go to a party thrown by one of Kuvira's friends, Asami. Kuvira's increasingly jealous tendencies leads to the belief that there's something going on between her girlfriend and Asami, but Korra continues to insist that she's wrong. Yes, Asami could be pretty flirtatious, but she was just that way with everyone, right? Korra begins to have her doubts about that, however, as the night progresses…

One year has passed since the beginning of the War and she finally meets a Beautiful Green eyes Omega named Asami who is to be a war time nurse and is going to leave in a few months. Korra wants to show her a good time before she goes away, but what happens when she gets home and there is a letter waiting for her?
This is my first fic so please bare with me. I’m not even a writer. Mainly just bored. Constructive criticism is welcome, just don’t be a jerk.

Lin is not related to Opal in any way in this story.
Lin is the adoptive parent of Korra and Kuvira, they all have the last name Beifong. Opal's last name is Canmore.

Korra is someone who doesn’t really have much. She works two jobs, makes an honest living, and pays her bills… most of the time. But Korra has dreams. Dreams she is determined to make true, no matter how many people ridicule her for it. Asami Sato is a COO of a fortune five hundred dollar company. Asami has trouble in the dating department because of her “unusually high standards”. Her perfect ideal partner is someone who makes at least six figures (like her), drives a luxury car (like her), and lives a sumptuous lifestyle (like her). So how does someone like Korra, who meets none of those standards, catch the eye of someone like Asami?
