After a moment, Google is staring him in the face, the computer cursor blinking in the search bar in judgement, and Sam realizes there’s nothing he can think of to search about. They’re on their way back to the bunker after an open-and-shut case in small town Indiana; there’s nothing to research. He closes the computer and stares at the winking blue light on its side until his eyes water. Then he puts on some clothes and sits back down after blinking a while.
He swallows, turns it back on, and Googles ‘depression’.

A play-by-play of Kris having their thoughts narrated to them by the player during the Weird Route in Chapter 5.
I wrote this in one sitting because Chapter 5 Weird Route impacted me way harder than I was anticipating and i needed to get this out of my system.
Kris and Noelle are so fascinating to me and I hope it doesn't sound like I want to romanticize the Weird Route but it'd be a lie to say I didn't find a really interesting and compellingly harrowing narrative.

The Doctor is missing. This wouldn't bother the Winchesters so much (it's not as though they can really tell the difference between the Apocalypse rebooting and time unwinding) except the TARDIS is on the loose and trying to find him... and she took the Impala with her. Everyone has to pitch in and figure out exactly where the Doctor has disappeared to, and why, before the world breaks down around them.
