Taehyun smiled. Just the corner of his lips, a small, barely there thing. “No, we’re cool.”
“Okay. That’s good.” Kai sat back, taking the answer but not quite believing it.
After a series of awkward interactions, Kai was convinced Taehyun didn't like him. When he woke one day to find that he could suddenly read every one of his thoughts, Kai quickly found that wasn't the case at all. In fact, it was quite the opposite.

The moon was at its fullest, soft light and night glow coming in to cast shadows against Kai’s face. It caressed her like the knuckle of gentle fingers across her cheek, tender and cradling. Yeonjun wanted to swat it away. Kai nodded. For some reason, the front of his pants were really tight right now. The last time he’d gotten an unfortunate boner was middle school, why was it happening now? He pulled his bag off his back and held it in front of him to try to keep Taehyun from noticing.
“You’re okay, right?” Taehyun asked. “He didn’t hit you?”

Summary
Of course Taehyun follows Kai’s onlyfans. He even makes a big show of it, downloading the app right there on the couch while they share a piece of cake Kai stole from work. He thinks it’s better this way, keeping his relationship with Kai’s onlyfans as a sort of friendly running joke.
