Summary
The bottle sits empty on the table before either of them notices.
At some point, they had drifted closer without meaning to. Shoulders pressed together, backs against the couch, the cold floor beneath them grounding the warmth seeping its way into their chests.
It creeps in slowly, almost stealthily.
The brush of Yoshiki’s knee against his. The way his fingers toy absentmindedly with the frayed edges of Hikaru’s shorts. The heat coming off his skin, warmer than it should be, warmer than the alcohol alone can explain.
When Hikaru glances over, Yoshiki’s face is flushed a deep, uneven red. hair sticking damply to his temples, lips parted and raw from how he’s been biting at them all night.
(TLDR: Yoshiki and Hikaru get drunk and make out)

Summary
Zuko visits the south pole. On the surface, its a diplomatic visit (and partially, it is; he really has no time for pleasure cruises) but in reality, his friends take him penguin sledding (his council does not know about this part. Zuko may not have time to simply visit, but he does have time to elongate his stay. He is pretty sure they would not agree). There Zuko discovers a couple of otter penguins that have a small rock they treat like an egg. Obviously, that is pretty confusing . Zuko is confused. A talk about gayness, homophobia and cultural differences ensues.

Summary
Sokka isn’t stupid. Not that his sister is, mind you (at least, he’d never call her that to her face now that she’s honed her waterbending), or any of the rest of Team Avatar, although sometimes it feels like he’s living in a different world from the rest of them — a world where running out of food means starving, and walking into a town full of firebenders with the Avatar in tow will get you killed, rather than help you free a beaten-down Earthbender colony.
Anyways.
Sokka isn’t stupid, which is why he laughs directly in Aunt Wu’s face when she tells him that he will marry the Fire Lord.
