Summary
“If for some reason a key fails to open a door, one should consider the possibility that it was never meant for that door to begin with. Don’t you agree?”
“…Huh?”
“I understand this may exceed the limits of your intellectual capabilities.”
“Huh?!”
“So consider this a courtesy. Or a warning—however you prefer. But, there will be no more from now on. Don’t disturb me again. Or I will ensure you never have the capacity to do so in the first place.”
SLAM!
The door closed in Enid's face with such force that the blonde was convinced the walls shook for a few seconds. Leaving her completely speechless in the middle of the hallway.
Okay, who the hell was…that?
Or, a 23-year-old Enid Sinclair moves to London to prove her mother wrong, but her neighbor, Wednesday Addams, turns her world upside down instead.

Summary
The Bureau calls it profiling.
SSA Wednesday Addams calls it pattern recognition.
Newly transferred Special Agent Enid Sinclair calls it trying not to lose faith in people while working beside someone who seems barely human.
Or basically a Criminal Minds AU with slowburn Wenclair

Summary
Wednesday lowered her arm as though throwing plush animals at Enid was a perfectly acceptable means of getting her attention. It was becoming a habit.
"Enid."
"...Huh?"
"I said this is important."
Enid rubbed the spot where the stuffed toy had struck her. "...Ow."
Wednesday crossed the room with measured, deliberate steps, stopping beside Enid's nightstand. Her fingertips brushed across the surface, absently straightening a stack of books that were already perfectly aligned. Wednesday caught a blip of a message.
Mom
CALL ME NOWShe quickly shifted her gaze back to the wolf.
"If we're to make this relationship believable," she said matter-of-factly, "we need to establish ground rules."

Summary
The monsters are dead.
The school is closed.
And for the first time since arriving at Nevermore, Wednesday Addams finds herself with nothing to investigate.
At least, that’s what she tells herself.
As summer separates the students of Nevermore across the country, Wednesday and Enid attempt to navigate a friendship that somehow became the most important relationship in either of their lives. Family expectations, old wounds, awkward phone calls, and an increasing number of text messages quickly prove more complicated than murder ever was.
Neither of them is prepared to examine what that might mean.
Fortunately, denial is something they both excel at.
But while Nevermore sits empty, some parts of the school remain locked.
Some doors were closed for a reason.
And some histories are better left forgotten.
Unfortunately, Wednesday Addams has never been particularly good at leaving things alone.
