Day 7 - Free Day
After letting his eyes wander, they fell to where his shoulder was propped up with a pillow under it. His eyebrows shot up in surprise at that and then looked at his shoulder. Only to find it completely healed with pale skin showing a scar. It was the only evidence of there ever having been a horrible wound. He moved it around, testing it, and hummed at how well it was moving and how it didn’t hurt. Whoever healed it was quite skilled in medicinal practices.
That was when he noticed a lump on the floor. A blanket was wrapped around someone and he trailed his eyes up to find a tuft of white hair popping out from the top. The lump groaned, moving and turning over, revealing his face. Madara’s jaw hit the floor as his eyes widened at the realization of just who had saved him.

That… was most certainly not what Madara did have in mind, but, oh Amaterasu, Tobirama’s smile—genuine and sweet and brittle—was the most beautiful thing Madara had ever seen, and he couldn’t rue the outcome of his failed confession if it led to this: to Tobirama opening up to him at long last, even if it wasn’t in a way Madara had envisioned.
