A traumatized Barriss Offee takes a brief sabbatical from the war to work in the Jedi Archives. Shaken by recent events in the war, Ahsoka Tano goes to visit her (platonic? only?) friend, bearing a gift. A Master with a dark, strange hunger performs a ritual that plunges them into an otherworld shaped by their darkest moments and their greatest desires, all while plotting a great blasphemy to the Force itself. Not a story the Jedi would tell you.

There aren't many opportunities for Nobodies. AnSym churns them out, and they often get scrapped a few years later. You've got to take what you can get--that's Axel's philosophy, and it's served him well in the bounty hunting business. Sure, he's gotta kill runaway Nobodies for blood money, but you can't make an omelet without murdering a few androids...or however that old cliche goes. Robots don't eat eggs, you know.
Still, Axel's gonna quit after this one. Really, this time.
