8 years ago, Wei Ying had to move away. The Jiangs were carting him off to the other side of the continent, and he would have no way of communicating with Lan Zhan anymore.

They promise to write each other letters, planning on reuniting in the future. But no letters come from either of the boys. It seems the love they once thought could be shared was actually one-sided. Or was it?

Wei Ying chuckled softly, easily understanding, “What do you mean? I don’t have a phone, and you know Madam Yu. She’ll never get me one in a million years.”
Lan Zhan pushed him back again, “Wei Ying knows my address.” He pressed his lips to the other's forehead gently, “He can send me letters.”
When he pulled back, the shock on Wei Ying’s face was apparent. It wasn’t a bad kind of shock, no, rather something full of wonder; a hidden excitement. Reigning himself back in, Wei Ying nodded. “My Lan Zhan really is a genius,” He said, his smile growing ever wider.
