7:45 am EDT / 8:45 pm KST — Appa Jeung: Hello, Megan. It's Yoonchae's father. Her mother and I are planning a surprise visit for her birthday and were wondering if you could help us since you're her roommate 🙂
Megan looked at her girlfriend of almost 3 years and a half, then back at the message from a number she'd saved in her phone — the second-to-last person she expected to hear from, the last being Yoonchae's mother. She only had their numbers saved in case of an emergency. Yoonchae had given them Megan's number when she moved in, also for emergencies.
