I reread some of the Jedi Apprentice books, they are so dumb and rage-inducing. Please enjoy the petty childish dialogue I pull and all the plot I dismiss in this one-shot ;D

A few months after the Naboo crisis, the order for the creation of the Clone army is completed, and Sidious commands Dooku to murder his old friend Sifo-Dyas to tie up that last loose end.
A love story.

He briefly imagined Dooku chasing him cartoonishly around his giant, stupid castle, boinking over expensive breakables while he ducked and wove behind them. The request was absurd.

I would have loved to write a description of Sidious’s stupid evil ballsack of a face upon realizing that the apprentice he spent so many years isolating and corrupting just ran off into the sunset with a goofball seer. (And then his door is smashed in and BOOM, it’s Mace Windu and Yoda there to kick his ass!) -

It is a truth all Jedi are forced to acknowledge at one point or other, that a knight in good possession of the proper flimsiwork and a tenuous grip on their sanity, will be expected to add to the lineage lest they be confronted with the terrible and horrifying consequences of a master who wants grandpadawans.
Despite completing his trials more than thirty years ago, Sifo had never really thought about it. Or rather, never really thought he’d have the option to think about adding to the lineage.
What if Sifo-Dyas were to stumble upon an initiate strong in the Unifying force? What if they were to bond over their gift for visions? What if Dooku had never strayed towards the dark? What if they had changed the course of the future, together?
