Summary
In a world much darker and stranger, Wednesday Addams is born a Proximi. Someone within mere fingertips' grasp on powerful magic. Her attempts at unlocking her potential are frowned upon by society, so she is transferred to Nevermore Academy. The people she meets there, as well as the dark Mystery at the center of it all, may be the key she finally needs to unlock her power; but will she find something - or someone - else along the way?

Summary
After being expelled from her last public high school, Wednesday Addams, only granddaughter of the Grim Reaper Himself, is forced to attend Nevermore Academy. Despite a rocky start, Wednesday becomes ensnared in a web of murder, intrigue, and centuries old grudges. Will her still developing Deathly powers and keen intellect be enough to save her from a grisly fate? Because they certainly don’t seem to be helping with her new annoyingly bubbly roommate.

Wednesday Addams inherits some of Death's abilities and uses them to solve Nevermore's mysteries. The one mystery she can't seem to solve, however, is the mystery of why she's so easily swayed by Enid Sinclair.

Well, that couldn’t be right.
“You are not Enid. Enid’s dead.”
There was a beat. Then another.
