Shadow Milk choked on a sound— half moan, half sob. His hips lifted from the ruined sheets, arching, searching desperately for friction, for anything that might soothe the gnawing ache within him.
“I—” he stammered. “I haven’t wanted anyone—” His breath caught, spine bowing sharply as Pure Vanilla sucked harder, tongue flicking mercilessly. “Not since the silver tree.”
“Not in years, maybe centuries. I don’t know— I don’t care!” His head tipped back, his eyes wild, pupils blown so wide they devoured the color. “Only you. Only you. Do that again—”
Pure Vanilla let him go with a wet pop, his lips pulling back slick with saliva, a glisten coating the flushed blue bead. A thin line of wetness lingered as he licked his lips, his gaze heavy.
“Oh, you poor thing,” he murmured, and the words rumbled from deep in his chest, heavy with something tender. His breath was warm where it ghosted over Shadow Milk’s chest. “You’ve been taking care of yourself for so long…”

Sukuna made his way to the rooftop. It was a little chilly up there, but he liked the wind ruffling his hair. He took out a cigarette, leaning over the railing and lighting it up. Familiar warmth spread through his chest as he dragged the smoke in, letting it out slowly. His nerves calmed down a bit, but he still felt that annoying sting of sadness.
He wondered if he will ever get rid of it.
This had to stop at some point in his life, right? When he's a successful man in his thirties with a nice house and even nicer car, he won't be feeling like this, right? When he's an adult, drinking whiskey in front of his TV, he won't feel this sadness, right?
It had to stop at some point. Or else he'll go insane.

Yuuji's whisper snapped him out of his haze and he gulped, feeling how his whole body was trembling. His brother kept Sukuna flush against him. Every move of deft, lubed-up fingers in him made him snarl. He pushed his face into the sweaty neck, gasping when Yuuji's fingers brushed against his walls just right. Swallowing his moans, he stifled his noises as much as he could. Embarrassment was burning him up.
There was no way bottoming felt this good.
