She had been sitting in Midnights classroom, contemplating jumping out of a window, and Midnight had been walking away from Midoriya’s desk when she heard it, a tiny, quick, almost voiceless mutter of “Why does she care if the drawings hands are fucked, has the bitch seen mine?”
She choked on air because that was unexpected. She wouldn’t have thought twice if Bakugou or literally anyone else had said that, but Midoriya? Midoriya was a ray of sunshine, he was the most heroic and innocent person Jirou had ever met, and apparently he was a snarky little bitch.

If she passes the trials, she could be rewarded with fame and wealth, but if she fails, she'll die.

Did you read Powerless and think it needed some changes? Maybe there were too many contradictions to get fully invested in the writing? Or perhaps you haven't read Powerless at all, in which case you are also welcome because you don't need to read the book to read this. Anyways, I wrote this rewrite because I felt like there was *so much* potential in the Powerless series, and I wanted to try to make some more of that potential come to life.

And when the king decreed that all Mortals be banished in order to preserve his Godly society, lacking an ability suddenly became a crime—making Apollon Papadopoulos a felon by fate and a thief by necessity.
Having been trained by his father to be overly observant, Apollo poses as a Prophet, blending in with the Gods as best he can to stay alive.
When Apollo saves one of Olympus’ princes, he finds himself thrown into the Olympic Games. The brutal competition exists to showcase the Gods’ powers—the very thing Apollo lacks. If the Games and opponents don’t kill him, the prince he’s fighting feelings for certainly will if he discovers what he is—completely Mortal.
In other words, a Riordanverse adaptation of the Powerless Trilogy.
