Somehow Luz ends up in the Coven Head groupchat instead. Now Lilith thinks she's an aunt, the others meet this tiny ball of light, Osrans eating popcorn and Eda has no idea why suddenly the coven heads think she has a kid. None of the boiling Isles know who the mysterious never before seen new coven head is and Belos doesn't even know what the fuck a phone is much less a group chat.
Luz is just happy to make friends, even if they're older than her. They're just as weird as her too so bonus!

He’d been created with all the knowledge Heaven had ever thought he’d need, and raising a child was not included in that package.
Even Lilith had only gotten the basics. It turned out that when an all-knowing, all-seeing group of the Heavenly Host had made humanity – skipping over infancy, childhood, and the teenage years in favor of starting with specimens who were ready to go – they missed imparting some of those experiences into their hapless creations.
Which meant that all of this?

Instead of Bug Control, the Shard decided to remove the threat of infection by changing Taylor Hebert into a theoretical variation that it's research determined was possible. Specifically a hybrid model. Thus, Taylor becomes a Parahuman with a physical alteration that prevents her from hiding her nature. Specifically, the chunk of carbon in her stomach.

Taylor chewed her lip as she walked down the street, carefully not meeting the eyes of any of the people wandering around in confusion. Some of them she recognized, vaguely, as neighbors and other citizens of Brockton Bay. Others she didn't recognize at all. Listening through her swarm had given her some insight into the whole situation, with multiple people talking about a broadcast that had gone out less than an hour ago... on the network native to this reality. The idea that Brockton Bay could just be transported to another world, though, was mind-boggling. Nobody could just hear something that strange and just say 'that's cool, so what are we going to do today?'

Kara is left alone in the Fortress of Solitude for an entire month before Alex and J’onn find her curled up on the ground with her arms wrapped around her legs, chin resting on her knees, gaze vacant but traumatized. Lena had left Kara there all alone for an entire month and Kara hasn’t moved a single muscle in that time and her body has become emaciated, her body atrophied from disuse, and so weak that she can’t even move herself if she wants to without some assistance. She is broken in both mind and body. Kara is a mere shell in her body, mind somewhere else entirely.
Will she ever be the same again, the sunshine puppy girl she was known as before? Or will Lena let her rot within her mind because that’s what she believes Kara deserves for betraying her trust for years?
