Summary
Three years ago, Prince Zuko died at the hands of Fire Lord Ozai. Three years ago, the masked vigilante known as the Blue Spirit first appeared, becoming a thorn in the occupying Fire Nation's side. To the denizens of the Earth Kingdom, the masked figure is seen as a faceless hero, there to liberate their home from their oppressors. To the superstitious, he's seen as a phantom, there to seek vengeance for the Fire Nation's crimes. To the skeptics he's just a masked ne'er-do-well, a pest that interferes with matters he has no place in.
In reality, he is but a young man, whose life and memories were stolen away by one man's cruelty; now just a youth who hides behind a mask, enjoying what life gives him, and helping anyone he can. A life he had come to settle into quite easily, when suddenly a new element is thrown in. A peculiar blue-eyed girl who claims to have been traveling with the Avatar. The Blue Spirit makes a mission for himself, promising to reunite the girl with her friends, all while evading the the Fire Nation and ghosts from a past he has no memory of. A journey is born from his desire to restore what's lost, one filled with love and loss, friends and foes, life and death, all to find who he truly is.

Summary

Katara bent down the newspaper just enough to get a view of the two men talking to themselves. More of the Blue Spirit. Great.
