Summary
All For One is dead, but that doesn’t mean he lost.
The world is destroyed at his feet, almost everyone in the rebellion is dead, and Hitoshi has given up. That is, until Shimura Tenko tells him that All For One gave him a quirk that would allow one of them to travel through time. Hitoshi’s the only one not on death’s door, so he takes it, and sets out to defeat the supervillain before he has the chance to kill them all.
Except it’s not that easy. All For One can see his movements, predict his plans, and Hitoshi quickly becomes desperate for something- anything to work. He keeps trying until he’s left with a single option, something drastic, something terrifying.
But it’s the only shot he has. It’s the only shot his family has, and he won’t let them down. He can’t.
Even if it kills him.

Things go very wrong for the heroes. The Resistance make one final effort to send Kitsune, formly known as Shinsou Hitoshi, back to before this ever happened, with one mission: Kill All For One and Shigaraki.
However, something goes terribly wrong. Now, back in his fifteen-year-old body, Hitoshi must find a way to stay under U.A's and the villan's radar until the Kamino incident where he will be able to complete his mission. All he has to do is pretend to be a normal first year Gen Ed student and not draw attention to himself. Should be simple right? But it's been a long time since Kitsune was Hitoshi, some habits are hard to break and he is surrounded by the ghosts of all those he failed.

Ozai had never been a loving father, not only to Zuko. He just didn’t have it in him to love. He desired power, so he respected Azula - needed her. He did not love her.
But that was exactly the difference between the two siblings, while Azula had been in the presence of indifference - a possible liking - Zuko wasn’t just subject to a lack of love. No, he faced hatred. Pure disdain.
But it was three years ago that Ozai first left a visible mark on the boy, leaving a scar for the world to see. Shaming him, hurting him and challenging him to death, at once. Publicly humiliating him in a duel meant as a display of respect between two matched opponents, rivals.
And since then, Ozai had grown in aggression, in his abuse.
That's why Zuko had to leave.
OR: In this universe, Zuko was never banished. Instead, he was subject to three more years of abuse, and it's this abuse that causes him to come to his senses, all on his own, and join the Avatar.

– Ты невероятен, Виктор. – повторил он, его голос был полон почти отчаянной нежности. – Я никогда тебя не потеряю. Никогда. Это невозможно.
Он соединил их лбы на долгое мгновение - нежная, давняя традиция Зауна и молчаливое подтверждение их глубокой связи. В этом простом ритуале это был жест не только любви, но и доверия, глубокого понимания. В коротком соприкосновении чувствовалось больше, чем в сотне любых сказанных слов.
