Has to be you, Yuuji – please, please, I can’t – it has to be you–”
He wrenches free from Yuuji’s grasp with a burst of hysterical strength and surges forward again, burying his face back into the reddened, abused skin of Yuuji’s neck with bruising force, fresh tears soaking the bite mark that will never truly settle into a proper claim; and he cries openly against it now, rubbing so hard that Yuuji’s skin begins to burn, raw and oversensitive beneath the onslaught.

Sukuna doesn’t answer at first, starting to walk away, clearly expecting Yuuji to follow. He jogs to catch up, waiting a bit impatiently and trying to not show it. Finally he speaks up.
“Curious?”
His brother turns to him, a cheeky grin on his face as he walks backward. Yuuji huffs, grabbing Sukuna’s arm to stop them both in their tracks.
“Do you always have to dodge questions? Just tell me.”
There’s a whine to his voice and Sukuna’s eyelids lower, a pleased growl in his chest as he steps closer to Yuuji, not caring to shake his grip.
“It’s not that I’m not interested. It’s the first run for the person I’ve had my eye on. I’ve had to be incredibly patient”
Or which, Yuuji's first mating run goes nothing like he thought it would.

Yuuji purrs, leaning into him with his eyes closed. He’s definitely happy right now. Sukuna lays back, taking Yuuji with him and they lay like that for a while, the movie they were going to watch now forgotten.
Two alphas laying together like this is absurd but as Yuuji purrs, Sukuna realizes there’s nowhere else he’d rather be right now.
His teeth itch.
“Smells like peaches.”
Sukuna chalks it up to the sake but Yuuji freezes, tilting his head up from Sukuna’s chest with big eyes.
“Do you… like peaches?”
Or which, Yuuji and Sukuna hate each other's guts and that somehow opens the door for more.

It's a funny thing, the way life works. Funny how Obito’s only at this strip club because his dumb friends Kotetsu and Izumo begged him to "experience the bliss of tits" even though Obito’s one hundred and ten percent gay. Funny because said tits are performing right in front of him but he only has eyes for the bartender in a muscle tee ten feet away from their table. And Kakashi being Kakashi didnt give two fucks about people who loved him. They all passed by him like clouds. For someone who was touted as a genius from such a young age, it was in matters like these that he had no clue or context about.
Obito despaired at his future.
He knew of Uchiha obsession when he saw one. Love till death do us part. And whatnot. It seemed he had inherited the worst kind of Uchiha trait. He knew in his bones, the way that sun would rise and set everyday, that Obito would love Kakashi until the day he died. Perhaps even after that, he would wait for Kakashi in Pure Lands, and follow him around even there.
