Summary
After graduating high school, Danny moved to Gotham to study and work and importantly not having to fight ghosts on a daily basis. Each hour spent as Phantom means two hours recovering for him, so he avoids it as best he can. As the Ghost King, he can't avoid it fully. He does well to stay under the radar, until his boss, Lucius Fox, wants him to work on a Top Secret Project. Coincidentally, he befriends Tim, not realizing who he is dealing with at first. Then Tim helps him recover after a rogue attack, and friendship turns into love quickly.
Uploads each Monday; Chapters around 4k words each. I have already written 120k words and am still counting.

Timothy Jackson Drake is dead. Or at least, it feels like he should be.
Bruce is still missing. Tim feels as though he’s been tortured and violated to the point he should be classified as dead. Apparently, the afterlife is run by a half-dead teenager who keeps throwing eldritch creatures at problems (this alone makes Tim want to die). But that’s not the worst part…
Lucius just transferred ownership of Wayne Enterprises to him.
Tim almost laughs. What a waste.

dead Red Robin gets hired into a cosmic emergency hotline disguised as customer service and discovers the universe is held together with duct tape, spite, and Phantom-brand energy drinks. (ft. tim’s “thought non-existent” guardian angel, bruce’s return causing issues on a celestial scale, the timeline where emotional literacy apparently does not exist, grotesquely optimistic discussions on what a soulmate is, awe-levels of stupidity, violence (read: affectionate), the rage-baiting of Lex Luthor to prevent interdimensional collapse, and more!) At least, it seemed simple until a blond kid with ocean-blue eyes came along and toppled Sasuke’s carefully laid plans of fiery revenge like a house of cards. There was hidden rage in those eyes and potential for violence so beautiful Sasuke wanted to see it bloom. And if there was one thing both the Zoldyck and the Uchiha agreed on, it was that what they wanted was already theirs.
“Sasuke looked into those eyes and suddenly knew that if he asked, Naruto would readily cut off a piece of his own skin and give it to him with a smile.

“So you’re blackmailing me into pretending to date you?”

Danny's trying to recover all the shards to an entity's chalice so that it'll stop destroying the zone while tensions rise amongst his subjects- and trying to finish high school.
Tim's juggling his case load, his work as CEO, and does not have time to be embroiled in a sex scandal right now. If that means he has to pretend to date a very suspicious heir to a rival company, then so be it.
It's a mutually beneficial relationship. So what if Tim's becoming a little too intrigued by the illusive, powerful Phantom? So what if Danny can't stand the Justice League for leaving him to deal with all of Amity's problems when he was just 14? That's a superhero thing.And their fake boyfriend has no clue that they're a superhero.

Once upon a time, he might’ve liked to have everything done and systematic. He wanted to be good for Batman at the start, then prove himself worthy of the name ‘Robin’ in the best way he could. He hated getting bored and loved a cold case to solve or people to analyse in order to understand them better.
Now, it was a need. He needed things done. He had to take care of something far greater than himself or his boredom. It wasn’t fun anymore. Well, it never really was fun, but either something close to that or something he could pretend was fun; it wasn’t something to relax to, something to calm his mind or occupy him. It was an ‘I have to’.
He could get out of this, but...he didn’t want to. He wanted his best friend to kidnap him and take him far away from this city and his responsibilities.
Kon smiled brightly. Tim’s lips quirked up, too, involuntarily.
“Pack up, Boy Wonder! We're leaving! Right. Now.”

After his mother, convinced Danny was a ghost impersonating his son, shot at him, Danny ran away from Amity Park. He ends up in Gotham without a plan and little to no knowledge. But Lady Gotham has other ideas and Red Robin just cannot resist a mystery he cannot solve.
