Once upon a time a star crashed onto the world, it was alone seeking it's other half. Day's turned into months, months turned into years. Yet no sight of it's missing half, a resolve to search every corner of this world was made.
But as it reached another land, it met a beast that took the form of a human. It had seen a lot in it's travels, but now that it was alone it wanted to befriend the creature. They talked and talked, the two becoming travel buddies in it's home region, but once it reached the edge the beast had to stay.
The star would continue on, sending little bits of itself in the wind to return to the beast. And before it knew so it had given all of it to the beast, and couldn't leave this world. It was then the two stars split apart, one half returning to the stars, and the other remaining in this world. -
