Hoseok stared at him, his mind short-circuiting. "Okay. Just one quick kiss. And I'm sure we'll both be... completely not into it."
"Exactly," Jimin breathed.
Jimin had never grown close to anyone as quickly as he did with Hoseok. Thanks to their besties dating, Jimin joining Hoseok’s street dance crew, and partnering up for a university duet, they became inseparable in record time. But a massive wrench is thrown into their friendship when their dance video goes viral, and the internet becomes entirely convinced they are soulmates. While Hoseok paces a groove into the studio floorboards from pure panic, Jimin is desperate to stop his best friend's spiral.
The real issue starts when online strangers & their IRL friend group begin overanalyzing their dynamic. The more Jimin looks at their friendship under the microscope, the more he fears everyone might be right. He’s falling for his best friend, badly. If only Hoseok felt the same way.

Finally, finally, Yoongi gets to share a room with Hoseok on their trip. It’s just how it works out: all the rooms get divided among the friends and as it happens, the last one goes to Yoongi and Hoseok. No big deal. All chill.

Summary
Hoseok thought he had calculated his little excursion pretty well, but apparently, he's terrible at math.
He hadn't considered that foraging for berries is a particularly stupid idea - at least when you happen to do so in the same area where a pack of wolves just so happens to be prowling around, looking for their next meal.
