Summary
For citizen, Manberg was a peacefull city, with petty crimes, or some villain attack of course but there was always heroes to protect the city. But for a few person, life is a war. The oppression of the heroes vs the villain who just want justice. And that in this world that Tommy a normal teenager live. But little he know that he was going to be in the middle of a war.
Or I make a citizen tommyinnit au because I love them to much and that there isn't enough of them. Yes! Or that I made Tommy powerful as fuck but he is neutral and don't want to be involved in this shit. Yes!
