The thing was though, she never seemed to see Katsuki as actually happy. There was always pride in his eyes, but never happiness. Never contentedness or comfort.
Maybe that's why she unfortunately also witnessed him crash and burn a couple years later.
All Mitsuki ever wanted was a perfect family. Maybe she had pushed too far in her journey for that title of perfection.

The new motive Monokuma has presented is nothing but a drag. However, when Nagito sees Hajime loitering by the hospital, he finds a truly hopeless discovery - He's got the despair disease! Now one less symbol of hope down, he needs to figure out a way to make use of this conundrum before all the Ultimates are too sick for the killing game.
The only issue is- Hajime can't stop distracting him.
Or: A role reversal where Hajime is the one sick instead of Nagito, and it leads to some more heartfelt connections because Nagito actually uses his brain.
