Summary
The world stopped when he saw the look on Phum face, confusion, hope that vanished as quickly as it appeared, and then hurt. Peem inhaled deeply, Phum mirrored him, the others still didn’t notice what was going on between the two, and the world decided to spin again, catching up on lost time and Peem felt himself sitting up.
Maybe if he stopped looking at him, Phum would disappear once again, like he had already done, and Peem could continue with his life. But Phum was just too much, a summer storm that came suddenly and hardly and then vanished, an earthquake that shook his life, and in the same way you can’t look away from a car crash, Peem couldn’t take his eyes off of Phum.

A laugh from Hill, Arthit and Tonfah. Johan turns around to look at all of them, dissolving the laughter into the air, the three boys going back to what they were doing before. North doesn’t give the laugh much importance, brushing it off as friendly banter.
“No, not anymore.” Johan asks, slowly and quietly. He takes North’s headset into his hands, talking without looking up at North. “I used to be obsessed when I was in high school, but then I started working in my family business and studying…”

“Both?”
