Summary
The game is set, all of the chess pieces have been placed back on their starting positions. The game begins anew as if all the previous ones had never happened. As though the scoreboard didn’t hang over them both like a guillotine’s blade about to fall.
Or
An AU where both Odile and Siffrin are looping together. Odile wants to tell someone about the time loops, and Siffrin does not. And both of them are willing to do whatever it takes to get their way.
(EDIT: There is now a full length fic based off of this concept. This oneshot will tie into that larger fic eventually, but you do not have to read it to understand this oneshot or vise versa.)

Summary
A long time ago there were two kingdoms, Prospit and Derse. For a millennia, these kingdoms used to live together in peace. Until one day an unknown tragedy befell the royal families of both kingdom, locking them into a war that would last for hundreds of years.
Hundreds of years later as the war finally breaks out of its stalemate in favor for the kingdom of Derse, four families scattered across the two kingdoms find themselves connected by a fate that none of them can comprehend, as the war between the two kingdoms become more complicated then any of them could ever imagine.

Summary
Dirk wasn’t sure why he let himself get surprised anymore.
He had without a doubt, the weirdest friends ever and they all usually got involved in the dumbest shenanigans that anyone could even think of. And he was a willing participant in said shenanigans more often then he’d like to admit.
So when Roxy created an entire memo begging him to help her out after she “got Jake drunk” he shouldn’t have been surprised that it had even happened in the first place.
And he should be even less surprised that he agreed to help almost immediately.
Jake gets drunk at Roxy's house and Jane and Dirk come over to help take care of him, shenanigans ensue.

Kinger mumbles an affirmative under his breath. The sound of scratching on paper grabs Caine's attention, only just noticing the notepad in the other's hand. He watches the pencil dance across the paper, slightly entranced by the movement, until it stops and Kinger's attention is back on him. "Alright. What's the last thing you remember?"
Nothingness. The absence of himself. A moment that never existed, yet he knows the time passed, so something has to be there. Even if it isn't. Even if he wasn't. He thinks this, and comes up with a response that makes sense with the context he has in his mind. He doesn't compute how it will come across when all he has to say is:
"Nothing."
OR:
Caine is dead. Then, he isn't. Not because the humans wanted to see him again, not because they felt bad, but because the circus couldn't survive without him. To top it all off, he was only brought back to begin with thanks to one teeny, tiny little condition:
He can no longer use his powers.

this was kind of a joke at the start but im lowkey into it now.... also i know the title is a bit cringey but honestly this whole concept is a bit cringey and to be cringe is to be free!!!

Summary
Siffrin has craved blood for as long as they can remember. After so many years of wandering, he's come to Vaugarde in hope of finding answers, just as the King's Curse begins freezing the country in time. He's quickly losing hope, but when they come across a small group determined to save Vaugarde from the King, Siffrin decides to join them. They can't get the answers they want if the country gets frozen in time, after all. They'd never traveled with other people before. Siffrin doesn't expect to grow attached to any of them, but as time goes on, the thought of leaving them hurts more and more. Worse yet, they refuse to even entertain the thought of one of them discovering what he is and what he's done. They just know that if they find out, they'll hate them.
