Summary
What starts as an ordinary, miserable day for Castiel—bullied by his brother and struggling to fit in—takes a nightmarish turn. Injured, enslaved, and sold to the obscenely wealthy Luther Shrike, he resigns himself to a life of silent obedience. But within Shrike’s household, among fellow captives who refuse to be broken, Castiel finds something unexpected: a family.
Meanwhile, Dean Winchester’s world is shrinking. His mother is dying, the bills are piling up, and every option has run dry. When his friend Kevin offhandedly mentions that his rich boss recently acquired an angel, Dean latches onto the only thing that still makes sense—hope. If there’s even a chance this creature can heal his mom, he has to try.
But nothing goes according to plan. A single desperate choice throws Castiel and Dean’s lives into chaos, binding their fates in ways neither of them could have imagined. And now, with powerful forces closing in, freedom may come at a cost neither of them is ready to pay.

Summary
“…Are you mad about the cereal?” Cas says, voice cautious.
Dean barks out something that might’ve been a laugh in another life. Right now, it’s just bitter. He drags a hand down his face, then runs both hands through his hair, tugging at the roots. The room feels too small. The air too thick.
The room is silent for a beat.
Then Dean’s voice cracks, raw and disbelieving: "Who wouldn’t be angry that you ate all my cereal and faked your goddamn death for three years?!" He throws up his hands, nearly knocking over the salt shaker. "I thought you were dead! Do you even get what that did to me?"

Summary
The candle on the table flickered in the slight draft from the door, casting a warm, dancing glow over his face. Castiel had been staring at that flame for what felt like an eternity, its light mocking his failed attempt at a normal evening. He sighed, glancing at his phone once more—still nothing. The person he was supposed to meet had now stood him up for over an hour, the creeping realization settling in that this date wasn’t happening.

Bank robbers fleeing as soon as they see him. An old love re-appearing.
A major decision.

Summary
"And you're sure this is a real love potion?" Dean inquires. Skeptically, he looks at the narrow, corked round glass in which the slightly green shimmering liquid floats.
Rowena tries her best to look as horrified as possible. A plucked eyebrow quirks upward.
"Of course! Are you doubting my abilities?"

Summary
After a decade-and-a-half of living in each other’s pockets, touring in cramped vans, and writing songs in cheap motel rooms, bandmates Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak have mastered the art of Not Talking About It while letting the music say what they can’t. They’ve spent years blurring the lines between best friends and soulmates, pouring their tangled emotions into tracks that fans scream back at them.
But their latest tour is a different beast. With sold-out venues, media scrutiny, and the suffocating proximity of life on the road, the tension is at a breaking point. As the tour rolls on, resisting the pull becomes impossible. One late night, one too-close-to-the-bone song, and one reckless touch will force them to confront their feelings, risking the band they built for the love they’ve always suppressed.

Summary
Two decades of performing the role of a functional adult is a grueling amount of work for anyone. For a disaster-waiting-to-happen like Dean Winchester? It’s a constant, white-knuckle strain of self-restraint. He needs Ozempic for the soul or some shit — a pharmaceutical-grade suppressant for his worst impulses. Instead, he has a dead father and a renovation project.
Going back home to sell the family place was supposed to be about fixing up a house, not a total identity collapse. But that best-laid-yet-not-thought-through plan is currently circling the drain for the sake of a bad habit named Castiel Novak. While Dean’s husband, Benny, is preoccupied with the aesthetics of domesticity, the guy they hired to do the roof (coincidentally, the love of Dean’s life) is busy reminding Dean exactly who he really is.
Dean knows logically that he should be protecting the life he built. Turns out, he’s holding the door open for the man who’s going to demolish it.

Summary
Dean Winchester didn't ask for this. Sure, he tries to use his alpha privilege (and hefty bank account balance) to do some good in the world. He works with Bobby, Ellen, and Jody at The Roadhouse, a centre for rescued omegas, but even there, he stays behind the scenes. He pays the bills and helps maintain the property, but other than that, he tries to keep his fingers out of any pies that aren't intended for his cakehole.
That is, until one day when Charlie informs him of one of the worst abuse cases they've ever seen, and tells him that they need to act now if they want to save the guy's life.
Dean's got no problem approving the intake, but then Charlie drops the other shoe like it's hot: The Roadhouse is at capacity and there's simply nowhere for the poor omega to go, but word on the street is that Dean's got a empty guest room, and wasn't he just saying that the house was too quiet since Sam moved out, anyway?
This is a story of hurt and healing, secret identities, righting old wrongs, and finding light on even the darkest of days.

Summary
Deciding he has nothing left to lose, worn-out New York attorney Castiel Novak takes his dying father’s 1971 Dodge Challenger for a joyride only to end up wrapped around a tree with a severe concussion and memory loss, saved by an unknown hero on a dark road.
With the help of his colleague and friend, Sam Winchester, Castiel restores his father’s car to like-new. And now, with the help of Sam’s brother, Dean, an EMT who plays mechanic as a hobby, Castiel tries to overcome his newfound anxiety about driving through drag racing with Dean and his friends.
But Castiel finds himself irresistibly drawn to Dean, who offers himself as a distraction from Castiel’s problems and reveals to Castiel that the Winchesters have a dark past that Sam has never spoken about.
And, just like they drive, Castiel and Dean are fast and reckless, using each other to run from their own lives, which are connected more than Castiel realizes.

Summary
When Cas OD's, Jimmy decides that the only solution for his twin brother to quit using is that his family stays even closer together. But his plan is suddenly put in jeopardy when a guilt-stricken Dean decides to leave Lawrence to enlist in the US Navy, intending to become a Navy SEAL.
This time, though, Castiel follows him all the way to California once Dean is done with boot camp in Illinois, and then to Virginia where Petty Officer Winchester has to go through Green Team to earn his trident. When Dean is drafted to join Bravo Team, one of the most elite platoons of SEAL Team 6, neither he nor Cas knows what lies ahead.
Will they make it through deployments, loss, navigating injuries and PTSD? Can Castiel hold on to his shaky sobriety through it all? Or will the little white lies they keep from each other somehow make the life they’re building collapse around them?
TL;DR: what would’ve happened if the main plot that changed everything in Patient Love didn’t happen, and what would it mean for Dean and Cas and those they love?
