Summary
In 97 AC, Daemon Targaryen weds Alicent Hightower. How can that change the course of history?
What follows is an alternate Dance of Dragons, between Daemon Targaryen and Rhaenyra Targaryen. The factions have shifted, alliances have brought half of the realm together for the Reds and the Rogue Prince is known by the name of "King of the Hightower". Will the Blacks stand any chance?
When dragons dance, the realm bleeds.
All credit goes to George R.R. Martin. This story is different from the original, although most characters are the ones from canon.

Summary
“Should we have told Prince Aemond that Princess Lucenya was here not a fortnight ago, asking about his betrothal?” Kermit asks.
“No, you muppet,” Ser Elmo snaps. “Targaryen, Velaryon, Strong bastard, I don’t care their names. The dragons are obsessed with each other and we will not get involved.”
Aemond Targaryen and Lucenya Velaryon will not be seeing through their engagement… so the Great Houses would like to know why they’re refusing to wed anyone else.
(or: the war of ravens and envoys and marriage pacts never comes to an end because no one can figure out what in the seven hells is going on.)

Summary
Katara begged and bled to win a warrior’s status from a world that knew her place in the shadow of great men, as tolerant and accepting as bathwater, welcoming and warm, and never, ever as fearful as the wild water that could bring men trembling to their knees. Her anger and her rage and the deep bitter well of her hatred made Aang uncomfortable—but that moment and support from an unlikely ally makes her realize that not even for the Avatar does she have to swallow herself down. She was a whole sea, waiting to discover herself.
Begins during The Southern Raiders and follows her through wandering years in the Fire Nation and its colonies, posing as the Painted Lady once again as she does her part to heal the world by cutting out the rotting flesh.
Featuring Fire Lord Iroh looking on with fond amusement as Crown Prince Zuko insists on going in person to receive the surrender of another foolhardy general who refused to acknowledge the succession and took the peace as an opportunity. If you counted all the warchests that Katara had seized, and returned the excess after distributing supplies as disaster relief, the ‘husband price’ for his adopted son was quite rich indeed. He should see about granting her a title.
