The truck comes to a stop a few meters to his side, and Shane can see the satisfaction in Harris’ eyes at the perfect shot.
“Very recently, some of our team members had to be evacuated due to the underground gas leak in some areas of the city,” Shane dutifully explains, trying not to sound like he’s reading it off a card. He isn’t.
