Summary
The current mission of the 141 was to hunt down a rogue criminal group who were suspected to be hiding on a remote island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. It was just like any other deployment. Go in, do their job, and get out.
Ghost had been sure it would be a regular, standard mission, only to have his world turned upside down when Soap had been badly injured. The fear that shot through him as he watched the rapidly growing pool of blood underneath the omega made him quickly realize that his feelings were not purely platonic.
Soap's condition was incredibly fragile, and if he wasn't careful, he could miss the chance to act on his feelings entirely.

This work contains some serious body image issues, and really irresponsible usage of quack medicine, plus an (un)healthy dose of manipulation by his best friend.
Don't take random pills you buy online, and don't buy that garbage, I find this kinda thing hot in fiction, but to all my bros out there (and gals and non-binary pals with dicks) you're just the right size for someone!
